Brandon Bristow
Brandon is the principal and founder of Bristeaux Capital Group. His professional career started in television broadcasting, film production, and marketing followed by 15 years of professional medical sales. He started his journey in real estate in 2012 with his first single family rental property. Fast forward now 10 years, he and his wife Clarie have purchased and remodeled several single-family rentals and is partnered in over 1900 multi-family units. He has seen the power of investing in real estate first hand and wants to bring those opportunities to others seeking passive income, wealth creation, and preservation.

Burke Bristow
Burke is partner and business strategist of Bristeaux Capital Group. He has spent the majority of his adult life in the U.S. Army with a focus on healthcare administration, healthcare financial management, and policy development & compliance. While in the Army, Burke served over 9 years as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) overseeing the financial health of several healthcare delivery organizations. In his last CFO role, he led a team overseeing a total annual funding in excess of $1.1B. Recently retired from the military, Burke and his wife Kimberly are currently invested in over 700 multi-family units and are excited to continue leveraging the power of multi-family and commercial real estate investments to further their financial goals and help others to do the same.

Devin Elder is Founder & CEO of DJE Texas Management Group, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm based in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2012, the firm has completed hundreds of successful investment projects including many full cycle multifamily investments. Devin has been a Principal in over 5,000 doors of multifamily. Devin is a Helicopter Pilot, Podcast host and owner of a Real Estate consulting firm, a brokerage, and the DJE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting disadvantaged children in Texas and the Philippines.

Abel Pacheco is a Real Estate entrepreneur and Texas native. With a proven track record of repositioning properties, delivering quality renovated housing products to market, and delivering consistent returns to investment partners. Abel has experience in acquiring distressed properties, managing renovations, raising private capital, and management of multifamily investment properties.
Abel, his wife, and children have lived in San Antonio Tx since 1998. They have invested, owned & operated income‐producing properties since 2008. Abel is invested as a General Partner and Principal in $150MM+ of Commercial Real Estate across 14 syndications and 1500+ doors. He is also working through the process of developing a 156-door multifamily property, and 98 unit build to rent community as well. His wife Leslie has also invested on her own in 500+ doors of commercial real estate.

Ruben Dominguez
Ruben Dominguez is founder of Totem Capital Group which manages all aspects of acquisition, repositioning, and sale of multifamily properties. Totem Capital Group has completed over 50 Real Estate renovation projects since 2012, with renovation budgets ranging from $10k to $1.4 million. Totem Capital Group currently has interest in over 800 units in Texas valued at over $80 million.
