Education is always the first place to start and you’ve come to the right place. There are many resources online that can help you with this. Some of the ones that have been impactful for me have been the bigger pockets podcast, James Kandasamy’s book Passive Investing, the DJE podcast, and the 5 Talents podcast. Just to name a few. Those few resources will give you hours of content to get you well on your way to learning more about investing in multifamily real estate. Or multifamily syndications as they are called. Since these are large assets it takes a team of people working together to underwrite, make an offer, acquire, manage, and eventually sell these assets to capture the forced appreciation and equity.
